TLNT operates solely as a neutral technology platform facilitating connections between independent users.
 


1. Nature of Services

 TLNT: 
• Does not provide performance or event-related services 
• Does not act as a contracting party between users 
• Does not control agreements or obligations between users
 
Refund eligibility primarily depends on the terms agreed between users.

2. Platform Fees

Unless required by applicable law, the following fees are generally non-refundable

• Platform fees 
• Service fees 
• Subscription fees 
• Charges related to completed transactions
 


3. Exceptional Refund Situations

 Refunds may be considered solely at TLNT’s discretion in limited circumstances, including:
• Duplicate payments 
• Technical processing errors 
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to review and investigation)
 
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
 


4. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments processed by independent third-party providers: 

• Are governed by the policies of such providers 
• May require disputes or claims to be handled directly with the provider
 
TLNT is not responsible for refund decisions made by payment providers.


5. Abuse Prevention

 TLNT reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases involving: 

• Fraudulent activity 
• Abuse of policies 
• Violations of the Terms & Conditions

 Requests must include sufficient transaction details for review.

 TLNT may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
