Payment Policy

This Payment Policy governs financial interactions conducted through the TLNT Platform (“Platform”), operated by TLNT Management FZCO (“TLNT”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
TLNT operates solely as a neutral technology platform facilitating connections between independent users.
 


1. Platform Role

 TLNT: 

• Is not a bank or payment institution 
• Does not act as a financial intermediary 
• Is not a party to agreements between users
 
All financial arrangements are made solely between users.

2. Payment Processing

Payments made via the Platform: 
• Are processed by independent third-party payment providers 
• Are subject to the terms and conditions of such providers 
• May require user verification or additional checks
 
TLNT does not store full payment credentials.


3. Fees and Charges

TLNT may apply: 
• Platform fees 
• Service fees 
• Subscription fees (if applicable)
 
All applicable charges are clearly displayed prior to payment confirmation.

4. User Responsibilities

 Users agree to: 

• Provide accurate and complete billing information 
• Use valid and authorized payment methods 
• Comply with applicable payment provider requirements 
• Bear full responsibility for their payment obligations
 


5. Failed, Delayed, or Rejected Payments

 TLNT is not responsible for payment failures resulting from: 

• Banking issues 
• Payment provider errors 
• Insufficient funds 
• Technical processing delays
 
Access to services may be restricted in the event of payment issues.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Users agree to: 

• Attempt to resolve disputes directly with counterparties where applicable 
• Refrain from initiating unjustified chargebacks
 
TLNT reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in disputes, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
 


7. Policy Updates

 TLNT may update this Payment Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
